So while we are directly involved in consulting with clients on the legal aspects of their investment in Brazil, which may include incorporating a company, as well as advice on tax, labor, contracts, industrial and intellectual property and related legal matters, we have also developed a network of highly experienced professionals in these related areas who can provide our clients with the services they need to implement their investment plans.
